12.1 INVITE provides membership-based networking and training services. A current membership grants the User access to the INVITE community portal, local group meetings (subject to availability), educational materials, and affiliate tools. The Services are offered for professional development and networking purposes only. Membership does not constitute employment, partnership, agency, or ownership of any INVITE chapter or brand assets.

12.2 The standard membership fee is USD $450 per year, unless otherwise specified on the Website at the time of purchase. This fee covers a twelve-month period from the date of purchase. Prices are subject to change at any time at Our sole discretion, provided that changes will not affect existing active memberships until their next renewal.

12.3 Membership includes participation in INVITE’s affiliate reward program. Members may earn a commission equal to thirty-three percent (33 %) of the membership fee for each new member they directly refer who purchases a membership through their unique affiliate link or code. Commissions apply only to direct referrals and are paid once the new member’s payment has cleared. No multi-level or downline commissions are permitted.

- This understanding is ethical and community-based rather than a legal contract between members.. Our acceptance occurs when We send you a confirmation email indicating that your membership has been activated.

13.2 Upon activation, you gain access to the member portal, affiliate dashboard, and community resources. Access is personal and non-transferable.

13.3 All members agree to follow the INVITE Community Rules and Code of Conduct available on Our Website. Violation of those rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

13.4 Members acknowledge that INVITE does not guarantee specific business outcomes, referrals, or financial results as a result of membership or affiliate participation.

14.1 Annual memberships renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Members may cancel future renewals at any time through their account settings or by contacting support@this-is-invite.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current membership period.

14.2 Because members receive immediate access to digital content and community resources, membership fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

14.3 Cancellation of Services after the 14 calendar day cooling off period has elapsed shall be subject to the specific terms governing those Services and may be subject to a minimum contract duration.
- 14.4 Should a member choose to re-enroll after termination or expiry, a new membership fee will apply at the current rate.

15.2.4 INVITE may update these rules at any time to protect the integrity of the community. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of all updated rules.
16.1 Each local INVITE group is led by a volunteer leader approved by INVITE Headquarters.
Leaders facilitate meetings, ensure adherence to the Win-Win Code, and foster collaboration.
16.2 Every group conducts an annual vote to confirm or replace its volunteer leader. Leaders may serve consecutive terms as long as members support them.
16.3 Volunteer leaders act solely as facilitators. They are not legal representatives, agents, employees, or franchisees of INVITE.
All branding, systems, and training materials remain the property of INVITE Headquarters.
16.4 INVITE Headquarters provides ongoing coaching, resources, and oversight to leaders to maintain consistent quality and culture across all groups.
16.5 A leader may step down at any time. In such cases, INVITE Headquarters will assist the group in conducting a new vote and ensuring a smooth transition.
17.1 INVITE values harmony and transparency. If conflicts arise, members agree to follow the INVITE Conflict-Resolution Path:
- Private check-in between the parties involved.
- Assisted mediation by the group leader or coach.
- Review by INVITE Headquarters if unresolved.
- Decision and recommended resolution issued by Headquarters.
- Optional reinstatement or further coaching if appropriate.
17.2 INVITE Headquarters may suspend or terminate membership for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the organization’s integrity.
Decisions made through this process are final within the INVITE system.
- 18.1 INVITE is not a franchise. Membership does not grant ownership, territorial rights, licensing rights, or authority to operate an independent business under the INVITE name.
- 18.2 All INVITE groups are volunteer-led community networks operated under the guidance of INVITE Headquarters.
Members and volunteer leaders act only as participants or facilitators within the INVITE community and are not franchisees, partners, agents, or representatives of INVITE.
- 18.3 All intellectual property, trademarks, and training materials remain the exclusive property of INVITE Headquarters.
19.1 Members participate in INVITE activities at their own discretion and are responsible for their own business and financial decisions.
19.2 INVITE provides education and networking opportunities but does not guarantee specific results, referrals, or income.
19.3 Members agree to hold INVITE and its representatives harmless from any claims or damages arising from participation, member-to-member business interactions, or use of INVITE materials.
19.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Website or any information contained therein. 19.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or restricts INVITE liability for death or personal injury resulting from any negligence or fraud on the part of INVITE .

If any dispute, claim, or controversy arises out of or relates to your membership, participation in INVITE activities, affiliate commissions, or interpretation of these Terms, you agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve the matter directly with INVITE Headquarters through our internal mediation process.
This process begins when you email a written notice describing the issue in detail to support@this-is-invite.com

Both parties agree to participate in a minimum of one (1) good-faith mediation discussion (by phone or video conference) before pursuing any further action.
20.2 Binding Arbitration.
If a resolution cannot be reached through internal mediation within thirty (30) days, you agree that any remaining dispute shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules and any applicable consumer rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Spokane County, Washington, U.S.A., by a single neutral arbitrator selected in accordance with those rules.
Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney’s fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise under applicable law.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
20.3 Waiver of Class and Representative Actions.
You and INVITE agree that all claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims or preside over any form of class, collective, or representative proceeding.
20.4 Governing Law and Venue.
These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If, and only if, arbitration is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the exclusive venue for any judicial proceedings shall be the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
20.5 Injunctive Relief and Intellectual Property Protection.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, INVITE retains the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or confidential information.
20.6 Time Limitation to Bring Claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your participation in INVITE must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
20.7 Survival.
This clause shall survive termination or expiration of your membership and remains binding on both parties.
21.1 INVITE may update these Terms and the INVITE Rules periodically.
Notice of updates will be posted on the Website, and continued membership constitutes acceptance of the current version.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.

Such notice will be deemed received 3 days after posting if sent by first class post, the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.

These Terms and Conditions, and the relationship between you and INVITE, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If arbitration is not applicable or enforceable, the exclusive venue for any judicial proceedings shall be the state or federal courts located in Lewis County, Washington, and both INVITE and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
